Every shoe you own is glued shut. Koofs isn’t. The knit upper clicks free of its sole — so you wash the half that gets dirty, swap the half that meets the floor, and step in without ever bending down.

02a day of doors

Wear one day with us. Sunrise to last prayer.

Nobody counts how often their shoes come off. We did. Then we built a shoe for every single time.

The name was waiting for us.

Koofs is phonetically khuffs — the soft slip-on boot of Islamic tradition, footwear so trusted it earned its own ruling: wipe, don’t wash. The original hands-free technology, c. seventh century. Patent long expired. Spirit very much in force.

We’re a small Muslim-founded British company with one big idea: shoes shouldn’t need your hands. No crescents, no green, no shorthand — just an arch, held open for everyone who’s ever paused at a doorstep with their arms full.
